It may be due to life transitions, hard relationships, pain from the past, chronic stress, or fear of future events that have you stuck. I am trained and experienced in working with individuals of all ages, particularly teens, young adults, seniors, and couples/families. I deal with issues related to aging, anxiety, depression, family discord, grief, life transitions, parenting, trauma, and other challenges. , My goal is to provide an inviting, private, safe space where we can work together in an authentic approach.
