I love working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, adjusting to life changes, and trauma/PTSD. I work with clients to create goals appropriate for them. My clients sometimes need coping skills, trauma therapy, or an extra ear to process life stressors. My goal is to be nonjudgmental and down to earth to help you in the best way possible. I believe that people in all ages and stages of life can benefit from therapy. , I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience providing services to clients of all ages. I have experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also provide LGBTQ+ affirming care. , As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.
