I enjoy working with people who are facing challenges with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and anger issues. I thrive in finding core issues and working on increasing each clients internal strengths to help them overcome their challenges. By utilizing different techniques and theories, I strive to help my client decrease the emotions or behaviors that are troubling them and learn ways to cope with them in healthy ways. , I utilize a client-centered and strength-based approach, allowing the client to direct the therapy and focus on their current needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused brief therapy. I understand the importance of feeling comfortable and valued and seek to set up a safe and comfortable environment to share. , Life is a journey, one that can be unpredictable, scary, and stressful. My approach to therapy is to begin with the challenges that my client identifies and explore ways to work through these challenges. I thrive on helping my clients foster a sense of self, helping develop their own strengths and discovering new perspectives to their line of thinking.
