My work as a psychologist is devoted to helping adults and adolescents manifest the fulfilling lives they want for themselves. My clients struggle with a variety of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, grief, relationship problems, trauma, spiritual/creative blocks, or the inability to feel happiness or serenity.\r\n\r\nIt is difficult to change habitual ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving so my work encourages more effective coping, relationship/stress management skills, and self nurturing.\r\n\r\nI offer a supportive environment for exploring how past experiences are being re-enacted in the present. By making these connections conscious, the past can be released. , I am trained as a Level II Advanced EMDR therapist and have been trained in Brainspotting. Both of these techniques help rewire trauma and dislodge disordered thinking patterns. I am also in the process of becoming certified in Sex Addiction therapy. , Advanced training in EMDR and\r\nBrainspotting
