My name is Erica Walter. I am a wife and a mother of 4 who knows how tough life can be. I also worked in the corporate world for almost 20 years. I understand the challenges of trying to have it all. Employing a collaborative method, I empower clients to play an active role in their healing journey. My clients are growth-minded people who seek meaningful changes. I work with a range of people, from working parents to young professionals and college students who all share the common stress of life transitions. , With a warm and understanding approach, I provide a safe space for growth and healing while challenging you to make meaningful changes. I worked in corporate for almost 20 years while trying to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. I figured it out at just the right time. I find that my experience in the workforce has been an invaluable resource. , " Goal setting is up to the client, but I offer education on goal setting. A client should expect to answer and ask questions during the first session. Its not formal and should flow like a normal conversation. "
