My clients all have unique histories. What they share is a motivated determination to be free of past trauma, grief, depression, anger, PTSD symptoms, reoccurring thoughts, and life patterns. I have worked with clients suffering with bulimia, OCD, attachment trauma, hoarding, cutting, suicidal tendencies; adverse childhood experiences, complicated grief, and a whole host of relational dysfunctions. My clients come from all points of faith and walks of life. I work with adults, seniors, individuals, therapists, and groups. , I am a Certified IFS Therapist, Level 3. I have utilized Inner Healing Prayer since 2001. A Christian mentor/sponsor in 12-step recovery since 2005. Trained in EFT 2013. EMDR Certified 2017-2019. Certified to teach Circle of Security attachment parenting course 2017. , My sessions are emotion focused and experiential. The majority of the work is done in the office with only minimal homework.
