About Us

Depression and anxiety are at an all-time high, especially among children, teens, and young adults. Their mental health is controlled by peers, social media, and high expectations administered by family. Sometimes, a traumatic event occurs and their lives spin out of control. Many individuals who struggle with their mental health at such a young age begin to fill the void of what they believe is missing in their lives with negative vices. Some, unfortunately, turn to self-harm and have suicidal ideations. , Clients want to be heard and desperately want the feeling of hopelessness to subside, but do not know how to begin digging themselves out of that hole. That is where I come in. Being credentialed in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Chronic Suicidality, I am qualified to help guide individuals who are at their lowest back their highest. , As a client-centered therapist, myself and the client will formulate goals that will give them empowerment over their daily activities that have been overcome by heartache. Being an avid Christ-follow, I am also equipped to offer Biblical counseling if the client is interested. Please, do not feel you need to remove your “brain fog” on your own.
