My goal is to work in partnership with clients to assist them in recognizing their strengths, self-worth, and resilience to promote growth and positive changes. I have over a decade of experience (including: individual, family/couples, and group therapy) addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges including: past hurts (trauma), substance abuse, depression, anger, anxiety, self-destructive behavior, loss of touch with reality, relationship issues, and various types of adjustments to life changes. My ideal client is overcoming adversity. "You MATTER. Your story matters.. and the rest is still unwritten". , My therapy style is relaxed and centered on my value that ALL individuals deserve care and respect.
