About Us

Anna has worked in a variety of settings since starting in the mental health field 8 years ago. She has extensive experience working in substance use treatment including sober living, facilitating intensive outpatient groups and one on one counseling. Anna’s missions as a mental health professional is to work towards ending the stigma and shame surrounding individuals who struggle with addiction. She believes that everyone is worthy of healing and creating a life worth living. Anna is here to help you access the tools that they already have in order to create significant change in their life. , Anna offers EMDR therapy, as well as CBT and DBT. Regardless of the modality used, Anna takes a holistic approach to therapy. She aims to integrate the mind, body, and spirit into her therapeutic practices. Her goal is to provide a warm & welcoming environment where clients feel a sense of belongingness. , Anna hopes that, together, she and her clients can build connection and collaborate to reach the client’s truest self. When Anna is not practicing therapy, she enjoys traveling, walking trails, seeing live music, and visiting antique stores. She has also dedicated a lot of her time and energy to her 2 cats, Willow and Jack.
