I believe that each person who comes into my office truly matters and their unique story is important. I have a passion for joining alongside those experiencing the impacts of anxiety, depression, traumatic events, and self-esteem issues with an intention of working to empower them to discover their inner strength and compassion for their own authentic self. , I specialize in working with female adults, adolescents, and children. I have completed training in Brainspotting (phase I & II) and Advanced TF-CBT. I have also completed my Level 1 training in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, an integrative somatic, emotional, and cognitive approach used to address post-traumatic responses held in the body. , I have a core desire to create a safe space to restore hope, courage, physical peace, and a sense of self-worth to allow room for lasting growth and healing. I agree with Brene\ Brown who said "Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing that we will ever do."
