In life, we all need space to talk about the things heaviest on our hearts. Maybe you have been struggling with relationships, feeling anxious or generally feeling low about life. Or maybe you live with chronic pain or chronic illness which feels like it saps all ability to engage in the life you want or have hope for the future. Common issues I support clients with include depression, anxiety, panic attacks, chronic illness, church hurt, faith-related issues, religious trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, self-confidence, and identity questions.
