I understand the courage it takes to begin or re-enter therapy. I am honoured to be a part of this process with you. My mission is to help you process your trauma, feel your feelings, explore your identity, and support you to connect to yourself and others through healing attachment experiences within the therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about working with women experiencing concerns related to trauma, self-esteem and identity. I take a down-to-earth approach, using humour and compassion to genuinely connect. I bring the experience of 12+ years working with adults and youth with complex needs and trauma. I specialize in trauma and providing modern and quality mental health care for adolescents, young adults and adults in AB & ON Canada. , I will seek to understand your unique experiences and identity so that we can work together in a way that is most meaningful for you. I believe that healing occurs in relationship, and that both our mind and body reflect the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world.
