Currently on maternity leave until April 2025.\n\nI specialize in providing comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to provide insight into strengths and areas for growth. I also help develop strategies to improve family dynamics, learn ways to co-regulate, as well as manage challenges associated with anxiety, attention difficulties, confidence, and stress. My approach to working with clients is collaborative and supportive. I utilize a strength-based mindset to empower you to recognize existing strengths and feel confident in your ability to grow, improve, and become more resilient.
