" I help my clients live congruently with their lifes core values, life purposes, and reclaim parts of themselves that may have been lost or forgotten. Therapy means choosing to heal and orienting ourselves to the full scope of reality so that we can respond effectively to whatever challenges are currently in front of us. I understand that the pain from trauma/injustice can feel overwhelming/all-consuming. But we are so much MORE than the traumas and injustices weve experienced. I help clients redefine themselves outside of their pain so that they are liberated to live life with hope, feelings of worthiness, and peace. ", I specialize in treating addiction, anxiety, depression, grief/loss/trauma, helping clients navigate major life transitions/identity development issues, and learn to better manage/self-regulate ADHD symptoms.
