About Us

I am a Registered Psychologist in Alberta with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. I provide evidence-based assessment and treatment to children, youth, young adults, and families with a range of concerns. I have particular interest in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other trauma- and stressor-related disorders. I have experience working with neurodiverse clients as well as individuals from marginalized groups. , I utilize treatments demonstrated through research to be effective, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (EX/RP) for OCD, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, as well as attachment-based treatment for parents and families. , I focus on client collaboration, risk reduction, and enhancing individual strengths, while working closely with clients, caregivers, and other supports. I regularly refine and strengthen my clinical skills through research and training to ensure I am providing the highest level of care.
