Hi there! My name is Kelsi and I am a registered social worker offering virtual sessions to residents of Alberta. I work with individuals ranging from adolescence to older adulthood to navigate life’s changing pressures, situations and relationships. As your therapist, I am committed to staying up to date on best practices, all while harnessing inherent strengths that you already hold to help push you towards your goals. , As part of my practice I use interventions and techniques that are practical and have been shown to be effective; this includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
