I am a Registered Social Worker and Art Therapist. I assist children as young as 6 years old, youth, families, parents, and individual women of all ages. Common challenges include trauma, anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, behavioural issues, parent-child relationships, family interaction patterns, communication, boundaries, self-esteem/self-worth and personal growth. , I integrate art and play therapy techniques with strengths-based, emotion-focused, and somatic therapeutic modalities including narrative therapy, SFT, EFFT, DBT, and CBT. I am trauma-informed, grounded in attachment theory, and interested in interpersonal neurobiology. I am also a trained facilitator of the Circle of Security – Parenting Program. , I am a deeply rooted spiritual person who is forever seeking to learn and to grow.
