Life can be overwhelming but there is hope. My name is Katharine, and I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma and as a result may be experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, C-PTSD, dissociation, somatic/body complaints (the body really does keep the score!) or even the dreaded "personality disorder" such as borderline personality disorder. If that was not enough many of my clients also are neurodiverse (e.g. ADHD, ASD, AUDHD, gifted etc.) and living in a world that is not friendly toward them.
