Now, you’re ready to take the next step: understanding your story and creating one that empowers you.\n\nIn my practice, I approach therapy with a deep sense of curiosity, compassion, and understanding because I know how hard it can be to share the heavy things you carry. , I draw from a trauma-informed, client-focused, approach and I aim to help you understand the recurring patterns and themes in your life. The treatment I offer is informed by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Narrative Therapy and the Gottman method. , I believe in being “hard on the problem, soft on the person.” You are not your struggles, and therapy is a space where you’ll be met with kindness and understanding, not judgment. My goal is to help you find clarity, build confidence, and step into a version of your life that feels intentional, fulfilling, and authentically you.
