As a former educator, I gained a deep understanding of human behaviour, learning, and development and the importance of fostering supportive relationships. Now transitioning into a provisional psychologist, I continue to value the profound impact of human connection, self-relationships, interpersonal relationships, and the sense of belonging within a community. I am dedicated to providing a compassionate, empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. My goal is to help individuals navigate life’s challenges while empowering them to unlock their full potential for growth and well-being. , I have the privilege of helping and supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate through presenting issues such as emotional dysregulation, eating disorders (anorexia nervosa and bulimia), personality disorders, mood disorders, and addiction.
