I have considerable experience and a unique enthusiasm to work with trauma, sexual violence, relationship concerns, anxiety, self-esteem, anger and depression. I work from an overall frame of Mindfulness, incorporating other orientations as needed including Sensorimotor, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, CBT and Solution Focused Therapies. , I am knowledgeable about the issues and concerns related to the gender and sexuality spectrum and am dedicated to this population. I currently have space in my practice for new folks, and have both evening and daytime availability. I am open to work both in person and online.
