About Us

Are you looking for a safer space to be, to learn, to explore and to heal. If so, we have a connection already, I am passionate about working with people who are experiencing the impacts of attachment wounds and trauma. I have considerable experience and a unique enthusiasm to work with trauma, sexual violence, relationship concerns, anxiety, self-esteem, anger and depression. If you want to have a better understanding of yourself , have skills to cope, and generally feel better; I can support you. , There are many different ways to approach therapy and we will strive to find the unique blend that is best for you. I work from an overall frame of Mindfulness, incorporating other orientations as needed including Sensorimotor, EMDR, Internal Family Systems Therapy, CBT and Solution Focused Therapies. , I am knowledgeable about the issues and concerns related to the gender and sexuality spectrum and am dedicated to this population. I currently have space in my practice for new folks, and have both evening and daytime availability. I am open to work both in person and online.
