I specialize in helping men and women recover from the impact of toxic or narcissistic relationships, whether from parents or partners. If you’ve endured the abuse and trauma of antagonistic, argumentative, or gaslighting communication and now struggle with trusting yourself or others, I want to support you. The first step in healing is gaining awareness and self-compassion about how these relationships and characteristics have shaped your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll work on identifying narcissistic behaviours, setting healthy boundaries, and rebuilding your confidence to trust and connect again.
