Challenging the diet mentality and moving toward intuitive eating is complex and takes hard work, and I will support you along your journey to food freedom and developing a new appreciation for your body. Recovery is possible. , As a competitive athlete, I am also passionate about supporting clients with performance anxiety and mental blocks to achieve optimal sports performance and well-being.
