About Us

I am a psychotherapist & certified EMDR therapist with over 15 years of professional experience specializing in trauma (PTSD & C-PTSD), attachment, child development, grief & loss, and somatic practices. I have an inviting and comfortable space aimed to strengthen emotional awareness, self regulation/co-regulation, mindfulness, creative expression, healing and growth. I enjoy working with people of all ages and have extensive clinical experience working with caregivers in parent counselling. This includes strengthening parent capacity and confidence supported by the use of trauma informed parent approaches and inner child healing. , I use a multi-model therapy approach when working with clients to ensure individual and unique needs are met. I have dedicated years to specialized training and have extensive experience working in the non profit sector and in private practice. My commitment to cultural sensitivity involves ongoing personal & professional development. , Ultimately, I believe healing and growth occur in safe relationship. I am passionate about providing a safe experience for clients to participate in a mind - body therapy experience founded by a holistic perspective. Starting therapy is often the hardest part, my priority will be to make it a valuable experience for you and/or your family.
