All of these are important feedback influences in understanding our authentic truths. My treatment approaches include, but are not limited to, EMDR, Sandplay, (IFS), MBCT, Acceptance and Commitment, Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic, Gestalt and Somatic Therapies. , My primary mission is to support you in your therapeutic work, emphasizing responsibility, accountability and empowering you to develop and connect with your sense of self.
