About Us

As a registered Psychologist with over a decade of experience, I offer a safe, confidential and accepting therapeutic connection to facilitate my clients with their therapy goals. I work with both individuals and couples that maybe be struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, work/life balance, relationship insecurity or grief/trauma. I come to each counselling session with a passion for my work and it is an honor to collaborate with each and every one of my clients on their counselling journey. , I am theoretically diverse, having advanced training in CBT, EMDR, EFT, ACT and mindfulness techniques. I am not limited to these approaches and respect that each individual is unique and will need a therapy style that fits them. I tailor my sessions by taking into account both presenting concerns and personal style of each client. , " Making change is hard, and should not be done alone.
