Hello! My name is Susan. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor offering therapy to adults living in BC and across Canada. I specialize in helping people address trauma, challenging relationships, substance use, depression, and anxiety. My approach is characterized by warmth, compassion, non-judgment, and collaboration. With 15 years of experience in clinical therapy across diverse community and hospital mental health and substance use settings, you can feel comfortable discussing any concern with me. , I customize my methods to meet your unique needs, drawing from my training in CPT for PTSD (reducing trauma symptoms in under 10 sessions); Narrative Therapy; CBT; and DBT. I also provide assessment, mental health and substance use system navigation, clinical supervision for counsellors, and consultations for families, individuals, and organizations. , You don’t have to struggle alone.
