It is grounded in evidence based practices, including eye-movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and solutions focused therapy (SFT). My clients have successfully addressed concerns including: trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, grief, discrimination, gender dysphoria, low self-worth, self-harm, substance use, communication and relationship concerns. , I have a highly focused skillset to support clients coping with the effects of trauma. Trauma includes anything that overwhelms your ability to cope.
