About Us

I am a registered psychologist with a diverse range of counselling experience. My approach is gentle, yet effective. It is grounded in evidence based practices, including eye-movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and solutions focused therapy (SFT). My clients have successfully addressed concerns including: trauma, anxiety, depression, abuse, grief, discrimination, gender dysphoria, low self-worth, self-harm, substance use, communication and relationship concerns. , I have a highly focused skillset to support clients coping with the effects of trauma. Trauma includes anything that overwhelms your ability to cope. I also have specialized skills to support clients who identify as neither cisgender, nor heterosexual; including those experiencing gender dysphoria. , I am happy to offer an initial 25 minute phone consultation at no charge, to provide an opportunity learn more about my counselling style, and to get a sense of how we could work together.
