As a therapist with a Masters degree in Counselling and as a Registered Nurse, I help people heal, change, and grow. I provide counselling for trauma, addictions, life transitions and crises, depression, anxiety, anger, childbearing issues, parenting, illness, grief, and relationship difficulties. I have post-graduate training in sensorimotor psychotherapy for the treatment of trauma. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist and a Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist. I also have training in the treatment of sex offenders. , For couples therapy I have completed an externship in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and level 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, both highly effective. With extensive experience with families and Certification in Maternal-Infant-Child Healthcare, I help with issues related to childbearing and parenting. , As a Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider, I recognize that physical and mental health are affected by many interrelated factors. I offer approaches to healing that include nutrition, physical activity, mind-body approaches, bodywork, spirituality, and more, combining evidence-based practices of conventional and complementary medicine.
