" Relationships shape the quality of our lives—they can bring deep joy, connection, and meaning, but they can also feel messy and complicated. When challenges arise, it’s so easy to feel misunderstood, disconnected, and stuck. Ive been there too. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly safe because safety is the foundation for change. When you feel seen and supported, you can get curious and start exploring what’s beneath the surface—whether it’s intimacy, conflict, communication, infidelity, negative patterns, attachment, boundaries, or the tough conversations you haven’t been able to have (yet), we will explore together. My approach integrates evidence-based modalities, but more importantly, I tailor therapy to your unique relational needs—because no two relationships are the same, and neither is the path to healing and fulfillment. , I am a deeply curious lifelong learner. I’m also a mother, partner, daughter, and friend—connection is at the heart of who I am. I am Gottman, IFS (Level 1), Sex Therapy, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, and ART trained. I’m currently training in IFIO. My work is rooted in science, but it’s also deeply human—just like the relationships I help people nurture.
