About Us

My training is varied, and I work in an integrative way, connecting mind, body, and soul. My perspective on helping and healing draws from a blend of psychology approaches as well as a variety of complementary and alternative philosophies, such as mindfulness. A key foundation of all the work is based in trauma-informed practice. Being an integrative therapist and having a broad range of training is beneficial. It allows me to draw from a toolbox to develop inclusive, effective, and individualized treatment plans to best meet the needs of my clients. I specialize in working with young adults and women. , For clients who are looking for strength-based, shorter-term therapy, I draw from various psychology approaches including: CBT, Positive Psychology, Brief Action Planning, Motivational Interviewing, and the Transtheoretical Model of Change. , For clients who are looking for a more integrative approach to therapy connecting mind, body, soul, I draw from various somatic approaches such as Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy. I also draw from various energy psychology approaches such as Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) and spiritual approaches such as Shamanism.
