I aim to create a validating and respectful environment where we can explore your thoughts, values, goals, concerns, and strengths. I will encourage you and gently challenge you every day together. , I have experience and passion in working with people who have a variety of physical and mental health concerns including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Complex Trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Chronic Pain/Illness, and Caregiving. I am also able to work with speech and memory challenges. I currently work mainly with adults and older adults. , I am enthusiastic about helping people better understand themselves.
