I work with clients to increase their understanding of the thoughts and behavior patterns they have today. I use a multifaceted approach to walk clients through their life experiences lived so far in hopes to bring honor and restoration to those experiences, which is often referred to as their “story”. I believe every story is worth being told. In individual therapy, I provide a safe place that welcomes the storytelling of every individual. , I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, delivering patient care with a dedication to the restoration of their stories in order to help them live fully in the present and lean into hope for their future. I practice personalized medicine by collaborating with each patient to meet their specific needs. , I practice on the principle that I can only take someone on their healing journey as far as I have gone myself. I continue to honor my own story through ongoing therapy and through the support of my colleagues.
