I am passionate about helping clients achieve optimal mental wellness by providing holistic care that includes psychotherapy, medication management, physical exams, and wellness services. I specialize in managing mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma related disorders. , My goal is to heal the whole person. My therapy style involves helping clients explore the deeper meaning of their emotions and mental processing along with the impact of childhood experiences. I also offer eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy that helps clients reprocess traumatic memories to facilitate adaptive healing. , I have several years of advanced practice experience caring for diverse populations and work well with preteens/teens who may be reluctant to engage in therapy. I treat ages 10 and up and offer in person visits along with telehealth.
