She graduated from Des Moines University in 2015 with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Michelle worked as a provider in primary care for seven years where she found her passion caring for those struggling with their mental health. , Whenever possible, she seeks to work in collaboration with therapists to provide a more holistic approach to health care that meets the needs of each patient. Michelle welcomes the integration of faith into her care for patients if desired, but serves people of all faith backgrounds. , Michelle is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and licensed to practice medicine in the state of Iowa.
