About Us

I enjoy working with people ages 6 and up who are coping with mental health challenges including depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, and attention deficit disorder. I want to work with people to meet their goals of living their best life, in happiness health and safety. I like to work with people to develop individualized care plans and involve them in understanding the options they have to choose from when developing their care. I hope to establish a relationship based on mutual trust, and care with each of my clients. , I offer evidence-based medication management for a variety of psychiatric conditions including depression, panic, trauma and adjustment related disorders, and ADHD. I value a holistic approach to mental wellness and offer supportive mindfulness based therapy as part of each visit. I want to empower my clients with choices to reach their mental health goals. , Finding the right fit for your mental wellness goals can be frustrating.
