" Please Note: Ellie practices in IA and MM. Ellie is a board certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from the University of Minnesota. She works primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults with special interests in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, depression and anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. Ellie believes in advocating for her clients academic success and has an understanding of the impact mental health can have on educational experience ", Ellie has training and experience in mental health, spanning all age groups. She has an appreciation for the many benefits that medication can play in improving well-being yet recognizes the need for close management of pharmaceuticals. , There are many “unknowns” when it comes to mental health. Ellie will take the time to listen, understand, and empathize with the struggles you are facing while also supporting you as you build a better understanding of yourself or your child’s mental health.
