Helping my patients achieve their mental health goals is my priority, and it begins in a safe, judgment-free environment where active listening is utilized to gain perspective into your concerns. Medications are not always the answer, and it is my job to help you decide if medications are right for you. , Since the pandemic, listening, collaboration, follow-through, and plain decency seem to be things of the past.
