Philosophy of Practice: Our time together will always be collaborative in nature. Any treatment plan you decide upon will be individualized to reflect your specific needs. For some patients this means I am working with you as we develop the knowledge and skills needed for you to achieve whatever goals you have set for yourself. For others, my role in your care will simply be to answer any questions you might have and to continue clarifying the steps between where you stand now and where you imagine yourself being. , Primary Areas of Focus: Medication management, depression, anxiety, OCD, BPD, ADHD, stage of life stressors, transitional age psychiatry, interpersonal relationships, CBT, supportive, and brief psychotherapy , I believe every patient has their own unique set of roots, tied to a distinct biological and social story.
