Shalom is a board-certified advanced practitioner with Full Practice Authority (FPA). He has worked in various behavioral health Hospitals since past 15 years in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient, managing care from adolescents with autism to older adults with dementia. His expertise lies in listening to patients and astute ability to develop a care plan/medication management cultured to each patient needs. Everyone is different and should be treated as such.
