About Us

My passion lies in working with women who are seeking support while navigating mood and anxiety disorders, PMDD, perimenopause, fertility treatments and family planning, as well as those in the perinatal period. I offer an integrative approach to treatment, which includes: traditional medication, botanicals/nutraceuticals, healthy sleep habits, ecotherapy, supportive & mindfulness-based psychotherapy, healthy movement and nutrition, and forming a supportive network. I have received additional training in Integrative & Reproductive psychiatry, studying under Dr. Anna Glezer and Dr. Kate Salama. , I am certified as a Perinatal Mental Health Clinician through Postpartum Support International. Postpartum Support International is an organization dedicated to the awareness, prevention, and treatment of perinatal mental health disorders. Certification requires specialized perinatal training, passing a certification exam, and continuing education. , As a woman who has personally experienced the rollercoaster of hormone fluctuations, I understand the unique difficulties of PMDD, pregnancy, and the journey of parenthood. I know what it feels like to have the sense that you have lost yourself, and I am here to support you and tell you that you are not alone. With help, you will feel well again.
