Areas of interest include ADD/ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma care, Sleep disturbances, Mood/Bipolar disorder, Substance & Addiction. , Okay, I get it. I understand that seeking mental help can be quite frightening. I understand the stigmas, the challenges, the time constraint etc. This is why I am offering a helping hand.
