I take a holistic approach to your physical and mental health treatment utilizing medications, supplements and natural approaches to improve your overall health! There is so much more to wellness than medications alone! We will work closely together to develop a plan that focuses on total health for your body and mind to improve mental wellbeing. I am a dual certified Nurse Practitioner, certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner as well as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
