About Us

" Jareds philosophy of patient care holds the belief that many of the physical illnesses that are treated in primary care have a strong mental health component to them that is all too often left unaddressed. It is his goal to incorporate both the physical and the mental health disciplines into his care that he provides to his patients. This is achieved by attuning with the patient, creating individualized therapeutic and psychiatric treatment plans while working closely with the MWRS psychiatric and behavioral health specialty team to provide a collaborative approach to patient care that improves their outcomes. View 10 Photos", Jared is a licensed and board certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) working within the psychiatric behavioral health team. Jared is part of a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric and mental health providers at MWRS who have extensive experience in all areas of behavioral health, co-occurring, psychiatry, substance abuse, and medication management. , All patients at MWRS will receive quality healthcare. Our providers take a holistic, evidence-based approach when working with patients and take time to get to know each patient and work through their individual treatment goals. Patients will receive quality care and will feel trusted and supported in their relationship with our providers.
