Dr. Weinstock graduated from Tulane Medical School in New Orleans. He then went on to complete his residency training in psychiatry at Tulane University Medical Center. Dr. Weinstock is Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
