About Us

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner ( PMHNP) with national recognition from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Several of my long-term goals include but are not limited to, enhancing medication management and clinical treatment of children and the seriously mentally ill, as well as delivering mental health education and training to both patients and healthcare providers. I am committed to raising mental health awareness and reducing the stigma surrounding mental illness, and I want to create a supportive and inclusive workplace where people feel respected, heard, get the help they need. , My approach combines evidence-based therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapies ( CBT), with personalized medication managment to assist clients in achieving optimal mental health and well-being. My expertise covers a range of psychiatric disorders including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma related disorders, ADHD, Autism. , I believe in creating a collaborative and empowering therapeutic conection with my clients based on trust, respect and empathy. By actively listening to their concern and involving them in decision making processess. I hope to encourage people to take and active role in their mental health journey.
