About Us

Throughout my life, I witnessed many close & immediate family members struggle and overcome various mental health disorders including major depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and most impactful to me, substance abuse. I believe this personal experience has enabled and encouraged me to provide holistic patient-centered care and to foster a warm and trusting relationship with all my clients. I believe in shared decision-making and taking care of your brain as you would for any other organ in your body, “your brain is an organ just like your heart, lungs, kidneys and liver… and just like those other organs, your brain can get sick too.” , As a Board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner I bring a vast amount of knowledge and experience with over 14 years of compassionate practice as a mental health RN. Beyond my 10 years of experience within the mental health field, I understand, firsthand, the challenges and shortcomings that the majority of the mental health community face. , My professional knowledge & personal experiences affords me the opportunity to bring the best possible care to my clients so they can reach their true potential. I witnessed the stigma surrounding mental illness & difficulties accessing care. This inspired me, & I made it mission to fight for improved access and treatment for those suffering mental illness.
