My mission is to promote mental health awareness within the community to reduce the stigma associated with mental health. I manage and treat a wide range of mental health disorders across the life span. In addition to medication management, I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and patient-centered techniques into treatment. , Challenges are never-ending lessons in life.
