It can be difficult to recognize needing that help, and even harder to reach out to a stranger. I dont want to be a complete stranger, so here is a little bit about me. I am a person who struggles as well, even though our struggles may be different. I am a nurse who has worked with people for 16 years, and most recently obtained an advanced degree so I can provide mental health care. If you find yourself in search of help, I am here.
