Dr. Dugger completed his BA at the University of Miami and his MD at the State University of New York’s Stony Brook University School of Medicine. Dr. Dugger did his residency and fellowship training at Northwell Zucker Hillside Hospital and the Mount Sinai School of Medicine affiliated Bronx Care Health System where he was Resident of the Year and Chief Fellow. He also performed extensively cited research at Columbia University.
